Ongoing monthly retainers for organizations needing continuous fractional support. Many organizations choose a fractional retainer model because they need high-level operational expertise without the overhead of a full-time executive. Retainers typically range from 10 to 40 hours per month, providing cost-effective, expert guidance as needed. Once we discuss your specific goals, I will draft a customized scope of work to ensure our collaboration is structured to deliver maximum impact.

    The pricing for my services depends on the specific project and the level of service needed. Since I work as an independent consultant and operate remotely, I have lower costs, which allows me to offer more competitive rates. Ultimately, my focus is on adding value to your company.
  • Do you go onsite for projects?
    Yes, I mainly work throughout the state of Florida; however, I am open to traveling to other states if needed. Most of my work can be done remotely as well.
