I am Michelle Haynes, an Operations Consultant. I fix expensive operational problems. The kind that don’t show up as one big failure, but quietly drain time, payroll, and leadership attention every day.
That’s what I focus on. I fix how work runs. Then I make sure new tools, including AI, don’t quietly add new risk.
My Story
I built this business because I kept seeing the same pattern again and again. Organizations were trying to meet big goals without the structure to support them. Work moved forward without a clear link between priorities, ownership, and follow-through, which made it hard to see progress or adjust in time.

Teams stayed busy, but coordination broke down when it mattered most. Leaders carried the weight while the structure around them made work harder than it needed to be. I wanted to change that.
Today, I work with service-based businesses to fix the operational issues underneath the work so teams can perform with confidence. My focus is building the foundation that keeps work moving, even during pressure or change to prevent small issues from growing, and to help organizations use AI responsibly.

My work is grounded in hands-on operations experience, supported by PMP and SHRM-CP certifications, and shaped by how people actually work day-to-day.
