I am Michelle Haynes, an Operations & AI Readiness Trainer. I help organizations fix expensive operational problems. The kind that don’t show up as one big failure, but quietly drain time, payroll, and leadership attention every day.

My Story

I started this business because I kept seeing the same pattern again. Organizations were trying to meet big goals without the structure to support them. Work moved forward without a clear link between priorities, ownership, and follow-through, which made it hard to see progress or adjust in time. I wanted to change that.

Today, I work with service-based businesses and nonprofits to fix the operational issues underneath the work so teams can execute consistently and leaders can clearly see how the organization is performing. I specialize in training and facilitation to help organizations build a solid operational foundation that keeps things running smoothly, even when there’s pressure or change. I also make it a priority to ensure that AI is used in a way that helps with the work while minimizing any new risks.

My work is grounded in hands-on operations experience inside complex work environments, supported by PMP and SHRM-CP certifications.
