I am Michelle Haynes, Principal Consultant at Haynes Resources. I help organizations fix expensive operational problems. The kind that never show up as one big failure, but quietly drain time, payroll, and leadership attention every day. Then I help ensure AI adoption builds on a foundation that actually works, so organizations can focus on what matters most.

My Story

I started this business because I kept seeing the same pattern. Organizations chasing big goals without the structure to support them. Work moving forward with no clear link between priorities, ownership, and follow-through, which made progress hard to see and harder to adjust. I wanted to fix that.

Today, I work with service-based businesses and nonprofits to fix the operational problems underneath the work, so teams can execute consistently and leaders can see how the organization is actually performing. I build the foundation that holds under pressure and through change, and I make sure AI helps the work without adding new risk.

My work is grounded in hands-on operations experience inside complex, resource-constrained environments, and backed by PMP, SHRM-CP, an MS in Nonprofit Management.
